Billy Reed was a man who had a drag race with Earl Hickey as a child. His brother was Ed Reed. Billy enjoyed to suck feet, and paid Patty the Daytime Hooker to let him do so.

Before Season 1Edit

An 11 year old Earl told Billy that his father's new Mustang was faster than Billy's car, and Billy challenged him to a drag race. Earl lost as he did not know how to get the car out of first gear, and he had to give the car up to Billy ("Dad's Car").

Season 1Edit

Earl went back to see Billy to buy the Mustang. However, Billy said the only way he would give up the car would be to race for it. Earl agreed, and with the help of Randy pushing he won the drag race, and won the car back.
